itsy bitsy spider

Recently we've been noticing that Brayden is extra tired during the day... getting grumpier earlier than normal, taking extra long naps. We've come to the realization that, like a thief in the night, Brayden has been silently sneaking about his crib, inspecting the bumper patterns, rolling back and forth, discovering every which way he can get his binky in and out of his mouth. Yet he does all this without making a peep (or we're just ridiculously tired and don't hear him). He even managed to scoot himself out of the monitor camera view so there's no proof he's playing (that sure freaked mom out). Well, his late night partying comes back to haunt him during the day, and so it was this evening that no matter what we did he was emotionally distraught. We probably should have just put him down, but we didn't. The itsy bitsy spider normally puts a huge smile on his face, but this time, he just couldn't believe the spider was washed out by the rain.... and he just knew that spider had no chance of getting back up that water spout, sun or not.
