Personal Training

I have my first real life client! I am excited. It is one of my co-workers, who is just the sweetest girl and will be a very good first client. She found out that I was a personal trainer and got all excited, I told her to look at my website and she said she wanted to do it. I didn't have to do anything to convince her. We start tomorrow!

Speaking of my website, is there such thing as internet police? Haha. There is a trainer in California who is using my website as her own. The only reason I knew this is because people in California have started e-mailing me wanting to train. I found the website she is advertising on and she has my website listed as her website! I tried calling her and e-mailing her but I got no response. Crazy people. She is losing clients because my e-mail address is listed on the my website. Oh well, too bad she is in California and not Florida or I would be training more people.

I have my own personal trainer too! Well, not really but a good motivator. My visiting teaching companion competes in tri-athalons and has done 5 or 7, I can't remember, but I have always wanted to do a tri-athalon so we have started training together. It is fun to have a running buddy again. It pushes me to get up early in the morning and to run longer distances. The sprint tri-athalons start up again in March so I have 5 month to get back in shape!

My internship is going slower than I had hoped. We are having a hard time getting senior support and convicing employees to get on board. We are making progress though. Slowly but surely. One person has quit smoking, and some of the men have organized a flag football team! I have created a point system and now I'm just waiting for the A-OK on the incentive side of it. It is fun and I am so glad that I have this internship.
